Limit one entry per person. No purchase necessary. Entries must be submitted by July 31, 2010. One contest winner will be chosen in a random drawing on August 2, 2010 and will be notified by email thereafter. Date of golf break is at winner's discretion, but will be subject to cottage availability and must be taken before December 20, 2011. Entry form must be completed in full for entry to be considered valid.
